Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert

This role will be a key member of the Americas Human Resources team, responsible for full cycle recruiting across the US, Canada and Bermuda. The successful candidate will partner with the global Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this role is up to $125,000 annually, with additional benefits including hybrid working arrangements, bonus, health benefits, PTO and 401K.
Job Description
- Full Cycle Recruitment: source and select top talent from a diverse range of candidates
- Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization
- Interview Processes: work closely with hiring managers to design and implement effective interview processes
- Recruitment Agencies: manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure seamless hiring experiences
- Candidate Pipeline: maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards and other sourcing channels
- Onboarding: coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- ATS Management: oversee the management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in similar roles
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
