We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ai Product Strategist - Talent Acquisition Solutions with experience in B2C SaaS, particularly in high-volume applications. The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of strategic vision, technical acumen, and user-centric thinking to drive product success. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional product experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

  • Act as the primary advocate for the end user, ensuring all product decisions enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
