Customer Retention Business Development Specialist

Your Role:
You'll work with our commercial and multi-family real estate clients, providing business-to-business support. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, creating scopes of work, and maintaining client relationships. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer issues and reducing cancellation risk.
Your Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of high-skilled customer service experience
- Strong people skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Sedona, Manitou, or similar CRM software
