Financial Management Analyst

Job Summary:

The Financial Management Analyst will serve as a key member of the Administrative Services and Strategic Executive Team (ASSET), supporting various campus units, including the Office of the Chancellor, the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor, and the Vice Chancellor of Planning, Budget and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderate to complex budgetary/financial analysis and reporting, including reconciliations and report development.
  • Independently research, formulate, and present data analysis, reports, and recommendations to management.
  • Support the campus' Capital Programs Management System (CPMS) Dispatcher, facilitating project close-out processes and providing ongoing reporting.
  • Work under pressure to meet changing priorities, urgent demands, and multiple tasks.

Requirements:

  • Current work authorization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
