About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Kentech Consulting Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the SMB segment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and deal finalization.
  • Conduct thorough research on clients' challenges and demonstrate how Kentech's products provide tailored solutions.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process forward.
  • Develop a strategic plan for target markets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings and communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in tech or SaaS sales is beneficial.
  • Proven success in closing deals, with at least 1 year of experience in this area.
  • Strong understanding of the background screening industry and its related practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting salary: $45,000 - $50,000
