Position Summary:
Leidos is seeking a skilled Signatures Modeling Engineer to support a variety of signature modeling initiatives. In this role, you will utilize your analytical skills to assist various customer agencies, including AFRL, NASIC, and LCMC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute advanced signature prediction algorithms using tools such as Xpatch and SENTRi on both airborne and ground vehicle models to create precise signature representations.
- Develop customized signature prediction applications and conduct specialized analyses to support critical mission objectives.
- Collaborate with the developers of industry-standard tools to enhance our modeling capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 10 years in Electrical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with the potential to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Strong foundation in applied electromagnetics, including EM modeling and experimentation.
- Proficiency in computational electromagnetic (CEM) prediction software and a proven track record in utilizing simulation tools for EM phenomenology characterization.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Radar Cross Section (RCS) design and antenna principles.
- Experience with CAD and meshing tools.
- Interest in business development and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
