Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electromagnetic Signature Modeling Specialist to support our dynamic team in Beavercreek, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in signature modeling to tackle cutting-edge research and development challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in small teams to meet program objectives.
- Model and analyze electromagnetic (EM) phenomena, including scattering, absorption, polarization, refraction, and diffraction, primarily within radio frequency (RF) bands.
- Assess and validate radar cross sections (RCS).
- Execute signature predictions utilizing computational electromagnetic (CEM) software such as SENTRi, Xpatch, COMSOL, CST, HFSS, and Feko.
- Prepare and present technical documentation related to development activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a closely related scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Optics, Engineering Physics).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong foundation in applied electromagnetics, with a focus on EM modeling and experimentation, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in CEM prediction software and a proven track record of using simulation tools to analyze EM phenomena.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated ability in technical writing, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD).
- Active SECRET clearance or higher is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Radar Cross Section (RCS) design principles.
- Knowledge of antenna design concepts, array technology, frequency selective surfaces, and/or radome design principles.
- Experience with CAD and meshing tools.
- Basic understanding of Automatic Target Recognition, radar signal processing fundamentals, MATLAB, Python, and C++ is a plus.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC), graphics processing units (GPU), and other advanced processing platforms.
- Exposure to Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and Electronic Warfare.
