SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable law firm in the North Dallas area to find a highly skilled Office Manager to support their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord to secure the best possible services.
  • Supervise and assist administrative staff as needed, providing guidance on deadlines and document production.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and development of administrative staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Review and approve semi-monthly time sheets and submit them to HR for processing.
  • Handle confidential matters related to Equity Partners' meetings and attorney memberships.
  • Plan and execute company events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Draft case intake forms for new matters and edit pre-bills for the office.
  • Assist with conflict checks for all new matters.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the firm and office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a law firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
