Senior Administrative Assistant

TBG | The Bachrach Group is partnering with a leading investment firm in Texas to find a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support their finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks for the finance group, coordinating calendars and providing exceptional support to the CIO.
  • Arrange meetings, order supplies, and cater to the team's needs.
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, update ERP systems, and collaborate with IT, legal, and accounting teams.
  • Set up new accounts, complete required forms, and prepare board materials for quarterly meetings.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff members.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of heavy administrative experience in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Background in financial services or accounting is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, provide excellent support, and manage ongoing projects and communications.
