Citigroup is seeking a highly skilled Business Execution and Governance Director to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business execution and governance activities for the CBNA and US Entities Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Governance: Establish, enhance, and implement governance routines for the team, including maintaining process inventories, coordinating with risk and control leads, and ensuring trainings are completed on time.
- ALCO Oversight: Lead the coordination of the CBNA ALCO, including developing agendas, collecting materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up requests are addressed.
- Regulation W: Lead the Regulation W efforts on behalf of the CBNA Treasury team, including leading weekly meetings with firmwide Reg W stakeholders, facilitating quantitative limit requests, and executing and documenting controls.
- Chief of Staff and Project Management: Participate in organizational strategy, oversee recruitment efforts, lead ad-hoc project requests, and develop materials for committees, regulators, and senior management.
- 12-15 years' experience in a Treasury, Finance, or closely related Business role.
- BA/BS in a relevant analytical discipline.
- Developed skill base in preparing and delivering presentations to senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to concisely communicate analytical objectives, observations, and relevance of findings across the organization.
- Collaborative and leadership orientation, with a desire to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree.
