Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: One to two years of medical office experience and previous call center and/or medical scheduling experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organization skills, knowledge of healthcare terminology, and basic computer program and keyboard typing knowledge.
