Job Description:
You will be responsible for engaging with customers, helping them leverage our software solutions, and resolving any software-related issues. Your role will also involve working closely with our development team to address complex technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in customer or technical support.
- Skilled in using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to be coachable and collaborative.
- Proactive and adaptable.
Compensation and Benefits:
