About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Performing Arts Consultants. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.

- Resolve complaints and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
