Customer Service Representative
We are seeking dedicated and flexible Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional support to customers. This role offers a mix of on-site and remote opportunities, with flexible shifts to accommodate a 24/7 operation. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem solvers with a passion for helping people and improving processes.
What You’ll Do Primary Responsibilities- Proctor processes, ensuring customers follow provided instructions.
- Handle customer inquiries, incorrect orders, or delayed results.
- Provide support via call center operations, including customer service and proctoring tasks.
- Engage in research and development efforts to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in delivering best-in-class service by resolving inquiries quickly and effectively.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools to document interactions and issue replacements.
- Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (4–6 weeks on-site training, occasionally flexible 7:00 AM–4:00 PM).
- Day Shift: In-office.
- Overnight/Weekend Shifts: Remote; equipment provided.
- Options: 6:00 PM–4:00 AM, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, or 2:00 AM–10:00 AM
- Must be available for at least one weekend day.
- Preferred Shift: Midnight–8:00 AM.
- Call center experience (preferred over retail experience).
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred, including reading and writing).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to think outside the box, contribute ideas, and improve processes.
- Passion for helping customers and impacting their experiences positively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, including proctoring, customer service calls, and assisting with R&D initiatives.
