Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to guide our kitchen team in providing remarkable dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee kitchen activities and ensure excellence and uniformity in all culinary offerings. You will collaborate with a talented group of culinary professionals and have access to the finest, high-quality ingredients. Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Preferred educational background includes a college degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management.
  • Proficient in menu planning and development.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of financial objectives and the ability to achieve them.
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
