- Maintain accountability for personal performance and encourage the same in others.

- Identify training needs, develop tailored training programs, and implement various methods to enhance team skills and performance in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for management experience.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Ability to train and elevate team members' product knowledge and sales skills.
- Experience in implementing merchandising strategies and adapting visual displays.
- Exhibit authenticity, sincerity, and transparency in all interactions.
- Availability during peak business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
