  • Identify training needs, develop tailored training programs, and implement various methods to enhance team skills and performance in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Ability to train and elevate team members' product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Experience in implementing merchandising strategies and adapting visual displays.
  • Exhibit authenticity, sincerity, and transparency in all interactions.
  • Availability during peak business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
