Job Summary

The Operations Manager is a key member of our team at Jason Aldean's, Gatlinburg, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at our venue.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the venue, including managing cash and other receipts, preparing paperwork, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that the venue is safe and secure, and that all guests and staff are aware of our safety and security procedures.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
