Position Summary:

Join us for an exciting summer opportunity We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team. We value positive attitudes and professionalism, and we are committed to providing training for those who are eager to learn.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work between 20 to 40 hours weekly throughout the summer, with shifts that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Additionally, we encourage part-time availability during the shoulder months of May, September, and October, accommodating your preferred schedule as long as you can work evenings and weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

The Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher position serves as an excellent entry point into the culinary field. The ideal candidate will:

  • Arrive punctually and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Assist fellow team members in the kitchen as required.
  • Adhere to all health and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area.
Key Duties Include:
  • Cleaning and mopping kitchen and dining areas, including walk-in coolers.
  • Operating dishwashing machines and hand washing items as necessary.
  • Washing and organizing kitchen counters and shelves.
  • Managing trash and recycling disposal in all areas.
  • Assisting chefs with kitchen setup and breakdown.
  • Cleaning pots, pans, and returning them to their designated locations.
Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who enjoy collaborating with a team to create outstanding guest experiences. Training will be provided.
