Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our culinary team, you will:

  • Assist the Chef in executing a well-coordinated culinary operation.
  • Prepare all dishes for the evening dinner service, adhering to seasonal menus while maintaining health and sanitation standards.
  • Efficiently cook both hot and cold food items and prepare ingredients prior to cooking.
  • Engage in food presentation, including plating and garnishing of dishes, ensuring visual appeal.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Basic proficiency in reading recipes and understanding cooking techniques.
  • A high school diploma or current pursuit of a GED.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and ability to prepare dishes from scratch with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • ServSafe Certification or an equivalent qualification.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends.
