- Team Management: Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as Certified Front Desk Supervisor (CFDS), are a plus.
This is a full-time position that requires working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
