Senior Product Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Product Management to join our dynamic Marcel team. This role is critical to driving product excellence and fostering strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders – both internal and external – to drive strategic external partnerships with our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Make informed decisions on feature scope and prioritization to ensure product alignment with company goals.
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end product management processes, from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with employee needs and business objectives.
- Define, track, and report on key product performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Act as a key partner to the President, Head of Product, and other leadership team members, aligning product strategy with their vision.
- Foster strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders (both internal and external), ensuring clear communication and alignment on product priorities.
- Own and manage strategic business partnerships with our clients and partners, drive the partnership end to end from concept to execution.
- Be a key leader in providing right strategic guidance to our external partners and clients in driving their needs from Marcel.
- Minimum of 7 years in product management or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3-5 years serving as a consultant for client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Willingness to be based in France, UK, or US, with a preference for France and UK and other EU countries. Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
