Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on various tasks and initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Complete daily reporting and documentation as required.
  • Leverage technology and tools to manage sales processes efficiently.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions.
  • Clearly communicate product offerings to potential customers or connect them with knowledgeable team members.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects using available resources.
  • Address client concerns and close sales effectively.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Expand revenue through networking and referrals.
  • Assist homeowners in transitioning to sustainable energy solutions.
  • Schedule consultations for potential clients.
  • Represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations in business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and persuade.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing software and technology for job functions.
  • Capable of multitasking and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Capable of accessing all work areas.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based earnings ranging from $40,000 to $200,000+, dependent on performance.
  • Estimated annual earnings based on sales performance.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
