Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Inceed. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely submission of tax payments and forms
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of payroll/accounting experience, with 1+ year of technical payroll processing
  • Proficient in ERP accounting systems
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • ADP payroll software experience
  • Strong Excel skills
