- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with building equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on specialized tasks.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
