**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support our Executives and Department Heads at Bayone. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Executives and Department Heads, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, and managing conflicts.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication by producing or editing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage expense reports, process travel arrangements, and coordinate team events.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees, contractors, vendors, and guests.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need 6-10 years of experience supporting department head-level executives in matrixed organizations. Your expertise should include:

  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

**What We Offer:**

Bayone offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan and paid time off.
