PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in administration.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of experience in administrative roles and possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. They should be proficient in computer software and able to work independently.
Job Duties:
- Schedule appointments and provide information to callers
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, and manage projects
- Generate reports and prepare/monitor invoices
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines
Preferred Skills:
- Possess recent administrative experience
- Have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Be able to work well independently
- Proficiency with computer software
Requirements:
- Able to provide 2 professional references
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
