Job Summary

Faulkner University is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to serve as the President's liaison and event coordinator. This full-time position involves performing various administrative duties, including managing telephone communications, greeting visitors, and assisting with inquiries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, maintaining divisional time records, and reviewing procurement card statements. Additionally, they will provide administrative support for Cabinet and Board of Trustees meetings, coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing communications, and maintain departmental records.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will be an active member of the church of Christ and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a key member of the university's administration, this individual will work closely with the President, other administrators, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
