We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Career Personnel. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and assisting with various clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and collating
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
