Career Personnel, a Tier One Supplier to Hyundai and Kia, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support their Human Resources Department.

This role involves administrative duties, emailing calendar events, delivering items to the plant as needed, and answering phone calls.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including email management and document preparation.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Deliver items to the plant as needed and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential (testing will be conducted).
  • The ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly and work independently.
  • A willingness to work in the office and occasionally step into the plant is necessary.
