We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to enhance our client's operational efficiency.

Position: Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of an Operations Manager encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee multiple teams, departments, or functional areas; drive outcomes that align with strategic planning, cost management, and operational methodologies.
  • Create a positive workplace culture by effectively communicating the mission, vision, objectives, roles, and expectations for team members; acknowledge top performers and team successes; cultivate productive relationships across the organization; ensure a safe and healthy work environment; provide the necessary tools, time, and talent for success.
  • Manage budgetary considerations, resource allocation, process enhancements, and technological advancements for the teams, departments, or functional areas under this role's jurisdiction.
  • Formulate and execute the annual budget.
  • Oversee multiple interrelated projects aimed at enhancing the organization's overall performance.
  • Validate and manage the contracted provider network to ensure adherence to all regulatory standards across various Lines of Business, including Operational and Credentialing Controls to facilitate provider approval for production deployment.
  • Direct Credentialing Operations to guarantee compliance with both regulatory and business requirements. This includes Inventory Management, System Access and Security, Provider and Facility Credentialing to full compliance, Vendor oversight, Auditing, Quality Assurance, and System/Database management.
  • Act as a proactive leader within Operations to support business objectives across functions, enhancing and maintaining operational performance and compliance with regulatory and business commitments.

Qualifications
Your Expertise and Background

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary, including at least 4 years in a management role.
  • Preferred experience in Inventory Management principles and controls.
  • Preferred expertise in Quality Assurance and Auditing practices.
  • Preferred experience in developing and implementing Operational Controls and managing a Control Environment.
  • Preferred skills in assessment, diagnostics, and remediation.
  • Preferred capabilities in Customer & Relationship Management.
