PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver outstanding customer assistance through various channels including face-to-face interactions, telephone, and electronic communication.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, smartphones, and relevant software applications.
Set up and configure operating system software along with necessary applications.
Execute new user onboarding tasks according to established role definitions.
Conduct backup and restoration processes in accordance with predefined protocols.
Carry out preventive maintenance, including repairs and upgrades on organizational technology.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network infrastructure, servers, and other IT-related procedures.

Act as a supportive resource for colleagues, pursuing cross-training opportunities in their specialized areas, and fulfilling their responsibilities during their absence.

Monitor servers, applications, networks, and other event logs on a daily basis, responding appropriately to any issues that arise.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
Participate in IT projects and provide after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation.
Facilitate training sessions on processes for IT personnel and end users.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
