PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver outstanding customer assistance through various channels including face-to-face interactions, telephone communications, and electronic correspondence.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, smartphones, and relevant software applications.
Set up and configure operating systems along with necessary applications.
Execute user administration tasks based on predefined roles.
Implement backup and restoration procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Conduct routine maintenance, including repairs and upgrades on organizational technology.
Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding networks, servers, and other IT operations.

Act as a support resource for colleagues, pursuing cross-training opportunities in their areas of expertise, and fulfilling their responsibilities during their absence.

Oversee servers, applications, networks, and other event logs on a daily basis, responding appropriately to any issues that arise.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
Participate in IT projects and provide after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation.
Facilitate training sessions on processes for IT personnel and end users.
