PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver outstanding customer assistance in various formats including face-to-face, telephone, and electronic communication.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, smartphones, and their corresponding software and applications.
Set up and configure operating system software along with necessary applications.
Carry out user administration tasks based on predefined roles.
Execute backup and restoration procedures according to established protocols.
Conduct preventative maintenance, including repairs and upgrades on organizational technology.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for networks, servers, and other IT-related processes.
Act as a support resource for colleagues, pursuing cross-training opportunities in their areas of expertise, and fulfilling their responsibilities in their absence.
Regularly monitor servers, applications, networks, and other event logs, responding appropriately to any issues that arise.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
Participate in IT projects and provide after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation.
Facilitate training sessions on processes for IT personnel and end users.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
