We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Pflugerville/Stillwater/Guthrie/S Tulsa/Edmond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing reconstruction projects, ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and Sell Projects: Assess project requirements and develop effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Educate Customers on Process: Provide clear and concise explanations of the reconstruction process, ensuring customers understand their role and expectations.
  • Identify and Document Project Scope of Work: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify project requirements and document scope of work for customers and clients.
  • Maintain Customer and Client Communications: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Review Estimates: Analyze and review estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain Customer and Client Agreement on Scope and Estimate: Negotiate and obtain agreement from customers and clients on project scope and estimate.
  • Ensure Proper Permits are Acquired: Obtain necessary permits and approvals to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Create Project Schedule, Timeline, and Budget: Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and Qualify Subcontractors and Resource Providers: Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
  • Negotiate Terms and Set Expectations with Customers and Clients: Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Superb Customer Service Track Record: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective Written and Oral Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers.
  • Experience in Restoration and/or Construction: Strong background in restoration and/or construction, with experience in project management and customer service.
  • High School Diploma/GED: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to Successfully Complete a Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
