Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and sell reconstruction projects to customers and clients.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage customer and client communications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Identify and document project scope of work, including all necessary permits and approvals.
  • Review and negotiate estimates with customers and clients.
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired and all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and resource providers.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Superb customer service track record, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • High school diploma/GED, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Exposure to extreme conditions, such as heat, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and climb ladders, with frequent driving and sitting.
