We are looking for a proactive and skilled Culinary and Event Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage services at NorthStone Country Club. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing dining experiences, food production, and event catering. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee daily food and beverage functions
- Coordinate and manage weddings, member gatherings, and private functions
- Lead staff to ensure efficient operations in both front and back of house
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events such as weddings, charity events, conferences, and meetings
- Provide training, scheduling, and mentorship for team members
- Implement cost control measures and manage inventory effectively
- Motivate and guide the team to meet performance objectives
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management
- Preferred educational background in Hospitality Management
- Proven experience in catering, event coordination, and banquet management
- Experience in managing food and beverage services in a Private Club setting is a plus
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to the industry
