Job Summary:

The Mid-Market Account Executive is a key role at Crawford Thomas Recruiting, responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Forward: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and growth.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice to help them achieve their goals.
  • Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting key decision-makers, including Presidents, CEOs, and CFOs, to build a network of C-level executives and drive business growth.
  • Deepen Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Strategically Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell existing clients, highlighting new products and solutions to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Outside Sales Experience: Two or more years of outside business-to-business sales experience is necessary.
  • Sales Track Record: An impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory is essential.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives is required.
