Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education Leadership Specialist - Regional STEM Development to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus excellent health and wellness benefits, 403b retirement plan, flexible spending account (FSA), and generous paid time off.

Job DescriptionRole Summary:

The Education Leadership Specialist - Regional STEM Development will be responsible for building instructional staff capacity and elevating student achievement in math and science across the region. This role will work closely with school leaders, teachers, and regional teams to develop and implement impactful professional development programs and resources aligned with Eureka Math, Amplify Science, and Bridges Math Intervention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver professional development programs for school leaders and teachers, including model videos, skill labs, and data analysis tools, to ensure instructional resources are aligned with assessment standards.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership teams and National STEM Team to personalize Rocketship resources for a regional context.
  • Develop expertise in regional STEM assessments and provide coaching to school leaders and teachers to ensure instructional resources meet assessment standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience, with a demonstrated track record of excellent student achievement results.
  • Strong understanding of elementary instructional and pedagogical content in STEM; knowledge of Eureka Math and/or Amplify Science preferred.
  • Experience designing innovative professional development opportunities at scale.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with ability to listen, learn, and integrate diverse perspectives into the work.
  • Ability to facilitate group and one-on-one programming that engages and inspires participants.
