About the Role

The Department of Corrections is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Security Senior to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electronic systems and equipment for our institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate electronic systems and equipment
  • Plan and install new electronic security systems, including modification and expansion of present systems
  • Work effectively with contractors, consultants, engineers, and staff
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of complete systems

Requirements

  • Knowledge of principles, practices, methods, materials, and techniques of advanced electronic security hardware installation and repair
  • Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair systems containing tubes, semi-conductors, and integrated circuits
  • Valid driver's license required for select positions
