Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience, from check-in to check-out. Your expertise in managing front-of-house operations, technology, and guest service will be essential in driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Provide warm and friendly welcomes to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards and that all equipment and technology are functioning properly.
- App Expertise: Assist guests with downloading our app, setting up their account, booking appointments, and completing their appointment.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any guest issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience.
- Skills: Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Technology: Experience with Zendesk preferred.
