Internship Experience
As an intern, you will gain exposure to the underwriting of commercial real estate and the securitization process. You will witness the entire securitization journey from the initial stages to the final sale of bonds to investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the underwriting and due diligence of potential and new loan applications
  • Conduct financial modeling and data analysis
  • Research various U.S. markets and liaise with brokers in those areas
  • Support ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, accounting, economics, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive mindset with a detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of achievement

Physical Requirements
Regular in-person attendance at company sites and offices during standard work hours is essential. This role may require working more than eight hours per day in confined spaces, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting equipment weighing over 50 pounds. Occasional operation of construction equipment may be necessary, and dexterity may be required for computer and calculator use.
