Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Finance Analyst to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will engage in financial viability assessments, develop financial models for prospective investments, and manage transaction processing and calculations pertinent to the real estate and finance sectors.

This role is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the due diligence process by analyzing financial documents, lease contracts, market intelligence, and other pertinent data.
  • Contribute significantly to the daily operational functions of the organization.
  • Gain direct exposure to all organizational levels, receiving hands-on training in finance and real estate concepts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster trust within the team.
  • Maintain regular communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate successful transactions and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or finance is required.
  • Proficient negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on achieving results.
