Position Overview
The Lead Specialist plays a pivotal role in our unique approach to customer engagement, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional service to healthcare providers (HCPs). This position is essential in promoting the adoption of our therapeutic solutions among appropriate patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Advocate for approved therapeutic solutions within a designated region, aiming to achieve or surpass sales objectives while adhering to compliance standards.
- Scientific Engagement: Foster demand for our products by effectively communicating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patients.
- Expertise Development: Maintain a high level of scientific knowledge across all assigned products and therapeutic areas.

- Advanced scientific degree or a minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology roles.

- Oncology experience is essential.
- Demonstrated success in sales performance and account management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
