We are seeking a highly skilled Family Therapy Specialist to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior modification intervention plans tailored to each individual client and family.

The Family Therapy Specialist will work closely with the treatment team to identify behavioral goals and intervention techniques, and will instruct the team in non-adversarial service delivery methods, data generation and collection, and client tracking.

This is a full-time position, with a salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year. If you have a passion for working with families and are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and will have experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults. A certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavioral analysis is also desirable.
