KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detach and reinstall engines from turbofan and turboprop aircraft.
- Conduct operational checks and engine runs to verify airworthiness before takeoff.
- Inspect aircraft following OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance manuals.
- Assess removed components for serviceability and document any discrepancies.
- Reinstall and test components after inspections are completed.
- Troubleshoot and repair various airframe systems as needed, including hydraulics and landing gear.
- Document all completed work accurately and clearly.
- Execute Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives as necessary.
- Interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams.
- Analyze mechanical issues to determine the root cause and the best repair methods.

- Test and adjust engines, engine controls, propellers, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and flight controls as required.

Ensure the proper functioning of fuel, oil, oxygen, heating, cooling, and pressurization systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License or completion of training through an FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technician School (AMTS).

Non-licensed candidates must be able to obtain their FAA Airframe and Powerplant License within 90 days of employment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, stretch, and climb ladders.
- Capacity to work in extreme temperatures.
- Ability to work for extended periods in confined spaces.
- Proficiency in handling tools, equipment, and computer systems.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity are required.
