US Water Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our water and wastewater treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of assigned water and wastewater treatment systems
  • Determine required work and develop work authorization proposals
  • Assist with environmental compliance and reporting
  • Supervise and schedule assigned operators
  • Provide capital improvement planning recommendations
  • Identify and implement cost savings measures
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in water plant operations
  • At least 3 years of lead or supervisory experience
  • Related vocational training or education may substitute for up to two years of experience
  • Active FL Drinking Water and Wastewater license
  • Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
