Operations Manager

US Water Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our water and wastewater treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, including capital improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Supervise and schedule operators, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with environmental compliance, reporting, and facility inspections.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operators and other staff members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water plant operations, with at least 3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Active FL Drinking Water and Wastewater license.
  • Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
