Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
- Source, select, and grow great team members to support the success of our restaurant.
- Deliver superb guest experiences and fantastic food, meeting or exceeding budgeted financial targets.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Grow sales and meet or exceed budgeted financial targets.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service, casual restaurant management position.
- Minimum 21 years or older.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
