Job Description Summary

As a Commercial Customer Portals Technical Product Manager at GE Aerospace, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Lean methodologies to improve business processes and procedures.
  • Participate in Kaizen events and other initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Review team work to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Suggest improvements to address common tickets and issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution and communication of all tickets, projects, and activities.
  • Manage work prioritization and lead regular meetings to drive standard work processes.
  • Partner with business teams to document requirements and test prior to implementation.
  • Drive successful execution of requirements with UX, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including end-user training, architecture, design, and product information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define the Product North Star Vision and multi-year roadmap.
  • Lead the MYGEHonda portal activities, coordinating with all application owners.
  • Ensure portal compliance with ITC Sanctions, including asset and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with portal stakeholders to address tickets, issues, and new requirements.
  • Work with TPM partners to drive consistency across the TPM organization and cross-train on additional products.
  • Follow and implement standard work as set up within the CCP team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product, Project, or Program Management roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers, business, leadership, and contractor teams.
  • Lean practice experience, including Kaizens, VSMs, and problem-solving.
  • Agile experience, including Rally, Feature Set, Feature, and User Story writing, and Sprint planning.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required to support business efforts.
