Executive Administrative Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch support to our senior leadership team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, emails, and ensuring priorities are organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Directly assist the CEO by managing schedules, meetings, emails, and ensuring priorities are organized.
  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and live chat, providing professional and responsive support.
  • Communication: Handle internal and external communications, including emails, live chat, student inquiries, and partner outreach.
  • Marketing Assistance: Assist with lead generation tasks like managing social media, scheduling posts, and coordinating marketing content.
  • Project Coordination: Help coordinate and track special projects such as accreditation processes, student records management, and partnership agreements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties including research, report compilation, and light bookkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and task management tools.
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused with a willingness to go above and beyond.

Work Hours and Compensation:

  • Full-time: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM with occasional on-call availability.
  • Salary: $60-65k, based on experience, with multiple pay raises and promotion opportunities within the first year.
